| Effective April 1, 2006, the Pineland Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“Company”) discontinued its Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Access Services in the John Staurulakis, Inc. (JSI) Tariff F.C.C. No. 1. The Company will remain in the JSI Tariff F.C.C. No. 1 for all other services, including switched access, special access and miscellaneous services. |
| The Company will make Wireline Broadband Internet Transport (WBIT) available to non-affiliate Internet Service Providers (ISPs) under nondiscriminatory rates, terms and conditions.
